What joy! June 24, 2009

Yesterday my little baby learned how to clap. It was remarkable to watch her copy us, learn how to coordinate her hands to clap, and then practice it even when we weren’t watching her. What joy! It is incrediable the amount of growth that occurs in little one’s lives-everyday. In just one hour she had started to master a new skill that she had never tried before. It is those little moments throughout the day that bring me the most hope and wonder of being a mom. It also makes me realize that everything I do is under careful watch of someone who completely trusts me. What a big job we as parents have on our hands! Happy Parenting!
